Psychological assessments function similarly to medical tests — with a primary aim to pinpoint the root causes of concerning behaviors and symptoms. Our comprehensive evaluations cover ADHD, learning disorders, and autism spectrum screening for children ages 10–16.
Between 5–15% of children under 18 grapple with learning disorders. Our psychoeducational assessment is specifically designed for young individuals between the ages of 10 to 16 who might be struggling with challenges related to learning, attention, or behavior.
When assessing children, it's essential to get a holistic view of their environment and daily interactions. We gather insights from parents, teachers, and other significant people in the child's life to build a complete picture.
After the assessment, a detailed report is prepared summarizing test results, potential diagnoses, and personalized recommendations for the child's educational and therapeutic journey.
Our lead evaluator, Dr. Scott Stapley, PsyD, has specialized training in psychoeducational assessment. Results are reviewed with families in a dedicated feedback session so every recommendation is fully understood.
