Nicole earned her first Masters in Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and her second Masters Degree in Nursing from Regis University. She is licensed to serve as a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner in Virginia. Nicole’s experience includes 10 years of work at Valley Health – Winchester Medical Center and multiple mental health positions within outpatient and inpatient facilities.
Nicole integrates professional counseling and psychiatric medication management with most of her patients. In counseling she uses CBT and solution-focused therapy to help patients realize their potential and to help reduce causes of emotional and behavioral disturbance. In psychiatric diagnosis and medication management she provides comprehensive evaluation and careful follow-up consultation.
Along with helping others find balance in life, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children, 2 cats and 2 dogs. She enjoys in outdoor activities, golf, travel, crocheting, eating out, and growing in her spiritual walk. Nicole is a Christian and is very comfortable incorporating spirituality into session should the client desire.
