Katherine Phillips earned her Masters degree in counseling from Regent University. She provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults.
She has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. She provides therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, relational struggles, panic attacks and eating disorders. She enjoys working with individuals and leading group therapy.
Mrs. Phillips is working under the supervision of Dan Towery, LPC as she completes the final stage of her state licensing. As a resident counselor, Kathrine offers therapy at a reduced fee.
She utilizes an integrative therapeutic framework incorporating strategies and techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). She has a holistic approach to counseling, incorporating the cognitive, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of her clients. Katherine is committed to helping clients create and achieve their goals and believes that healing is available for everyone.
