Donald
Hall, MD is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine. He is board certified in general psychiatry.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Hall served as Chief of Walter Reed’s Outpatient Psychiatry Service. He provides
individual counseling and medication management and integrates Christian spirituality for those who are interested in this

A. Law, MD is board certified in both child and adolescent, and general psychiatry. He graduated from George Washington
University Medical School and completed residency training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Law has
a particular interest in integrating a Christian perspective into his work with those who are interested.

Douglas O. Lipp, PhD
has over twenty years of experience in clinical psychology. He obtained his doctoral degree from The University of Denver.
He has worked in schools, hospitals, and private practice settings. Dr. Lipp provides counseling and psychological testing
for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages.

Monica Barrett, LPC earned her Master’s Degree from
Webster University and is working on her doctoral degree at Argosy University in Washington, DC. She has
ten years of counseling experience. She speaks English and German; and provides individual and family counseling
to children and adults. Michelle Bogdan, LCSW obtained her Masters Degree in
social work at the University of Buffalo. She has been a counselor for seven years and specializes in care
for children, adolescents, and their families. She provides counseling for children, adults, couples, and
families. Christine Heaton, LPC, LMFT obtained her Masters Degree in Counseling and Development from George
Mason University and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist certification from Virginia Tech. She has fifteen
years of experience in counseling children and adults.
Cara Kenny, LPC obtained her Masters Degree in counseling for the George Washington
University. She has been practicing in the Leesburg area for sixteen years, and speaks Italian and French fluently. She provides
